TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION

These terms and conditions apply to all sales from cahe.no to consumers. CAHE do not guarantee that all items in the webshop are in stock at all times. If the consumer has bought an item that is unavailable, CAHE reserves the right to cancel the order from the consumer.

DELIVERY TERMS

CAHE will handle all orders within 2-6 working days.

CAHE offers free shipping within Norway. Orders will arrive at the customer’s postal address within 2-6 days from the day the shipping confirmation is received by the consumer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

For returns, fill out the enclosed withdrawal returnform that comes with all orders. Please note that the customer bears the risk of loss or damage during shipping. Therefore, we recommend using good packaging and tracked shipping.

If the buyer experience defects on an item bought from cahe.no they need to submit a mail to post@cahe.no or fill out the returnform that comes with all orders, A photograph and explanation of the defect need to be included. CAHE reply to all emails within two working day.

TAXES & DUTIES

Norway

All prices in the webshop are shown in NOK and therefore include Norwegian VAT of 25%. CAHE AS, Org nr: 832617172

PAYMENT INFORMATION

CAHE AS accept the following payment cards in the webshop; Visa and Mastercard, Vipps via Klarna and Nets Easy. Payment is debited from the buyer’s card once the order is placed.
